Can I file the sole proprietor tax return straight from the system?

Yes. The single-tax return and the unified social contribution report are built from the income ledger and filed to the Ukrainian tax office through its official API, signed with your own qualified e-signature. Receipts arrive in the same section. A valid e-signature key is required; the section works for organizations registered in Ukraine.

Where do the income ledger amounts come from?

From bank statements: incoming payments on the accounts you mark as used for tax returns. Transfers between your own accounts are ignored, and foreign-currency income is converted at the NBU rate on the crediting date. Entries can also be added by hand.

How much does it cost and is there a free period?

Every new customer gets three months of the Maximum plan free, once. After that: Economy 299 UAH/month or 2990 UAH/year, Maximum 799 UAH/month or 7990 UAH/year. If no plan is chosen, access continues with minimal features and your data stays in place.

Which banks are supported?

Monobank and Privat24, through their official read-only APIs. Statements are pulled automatically; the service never gets the ability to move money.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The service runs in a browser on a computer and on a phone. The barcode scanner uses the phone camera without a separate app.
