The income ledger, the single-tax return and the unified social contribution report are built from your own data and filed to the State Tax Service cabinet, signed with your qualified e-signature.
What gets filed
Single-tax payer return — form F0103309
Unified social contribution (USC) report for the same period
Filing goes through the official State Tax Service cabinet API (cabinet.tax.gov.ua), not a sandbox
The full receipt cycle No. 1 and No. 2 — accepted, processed or rejected — with the status shown in the report list
Qualified e-signature
Signing per the Ukrainian DSTU 4145 standard
Two key-handling models; in transit mode the key is not stored on the server — it is used only to sign and never kept by us
Without your e-signature nothing is filed: a report can be prepared and reviewed, but never sent unsigned
Income ledger
Fills automatically from bank statements — no need to enter proceeds by hand
Foreign-currency proceeds are converted at the NBU rate on the crediting date
The return and the USC report are built from the ledger totals for the selected period
Calendar and payments
A tax calendar with filing and payment deadlines
Email reminders so you do not miss a deadline
USC calculation and tracking of amounts already paid
Scope and limits
This covers the single-tax return and the USC report, not all sole-proprietor reporting: VAT, the general tax system and other forms are not supported
The section is available to organizations whose country is set to Ukraine
Access is limited to the organization owner or administrator: tax data is sensitive
A valid qualified e-signature of yours is required
